This package provides lasses and functions for several purposes.

It provides a list of classes and functions that are useful for many types of applications.

Currently it provides classes and functions to:

- Access databases using PDO

- Query about an IP address using GeoIP file database

- Backup, optimize or repair a MySQL database

- Validate URLs

- Escape text strings
