This class can convert, manipulate and verify dates.

It provides functions that can perform several types of operations with dates. Currently can:

- Convert date string in any format to date value in a given timezone
- Add a period of time in years, months, days, hours, minutes or seconds to a given date
- Calculate the difference in time between two dates
- Format a date using a given format string
- Verify if a string contains a valid date
- Etc..
