Detailed description

VSMS is a provider of short text messaging (SMS) services to mobile phones.

This class can use interface to the VSMS BulkSMS API over HTTP, making it possible to send short text messages to many mobile phones using PHP scripts.

This class provides a near-complete implementation of the BulkSMS API, including sending SMS messages to one or bulk messaging to a list of mobile phones, manipulating phone number lists and getting several types of status information, phone number formatting and verification.
